How The Recordant System Works
The business intelligence provided by Recordant begins with the process of capturing daily, face-to-face interactions between associates and the public via a small, wearable, personal recording device or PRD. Interactions are then uploaded into Recordant’s secure, redundant data center. Interactions in any language from phone systems, fixed microphones and client captured recordings can all integrate into the system as well. Recordant’s analytical engine processes the uploaded audio at exceptionally high speeds, without ever putting a human ear to the data, to identify those sound bites and metrics which management has defined as valuable.
