FUNCTIONALITY AND VALUE

SoundMirror™ Version 2.8 allows forensic search; adds new dashboard and more.

Alpharetta, GA - April 7, 2008 -- April XX, 2008 Atlanta, GA – Recordant, the sole provider of audio-capture technology, analytics and consulting solutions that generate meaningful and actionable intelligence from organizations’ direct interactions with the public, today announced the release of its updated software program SoundMirror™ Version 2.8.

Recordant technology digitally captures conversations between employees and the public and analyzes the interaction, providing organizations with timely, manageable and actionable business intelligence. SoundMirror™ 2.8 includes a number of upgrades, including a new forensic search tool, enhanced permissions for audio, and a more user-friendly dashboard.

The new forensic search function enables users to search previously indexed recordings for key words or phrases and use the results to shape the way future recordings are analyzed. In addition, the playback tool permissions have been enhanced to allow for the export of audio clips, and the user-interface dashboard has been modified to support the ability to drill down to a specific session and play back the associated recordings. All of these features serve to make using the Recordant technology easier for clients.

Recordant CEO, Chris Etter, said, “We are always looking for ways to improve our technology for the benefit of our customers, and SoundMirror™ 2.8 stands to considerably enhance the usability and effectiveness of our systems. The software is essential to Recordant’s solutions and we will continue to add to and enhance it, through our own research and in response to feedback from our clients.”

Vice President of Global Engineering, Chris Straut, who led the development of the software, said, “The new technical innovations in SoundMirror™ 2.8 add considerable value to a tried and tested software. Forensic search is a specific function that our clients have requested, and we are delighted to be able to offer it alongside other advanced features.” SoundMirror™ 2.8 will be available to clients beginning March 2008.
