Personal Recording Device (PRD):
A PRD is a small, wearable recorders to capture face-to-face interactions between associates and the public. Features of the PRD include:
- Sleek, compact, lightweight design. PRDs measure 2.5” in height by 1.5” in length and less than .5” in width. The devices are significantly smaller than the average cell phone.
- Display screen can serve as electronic name badge or advertising space. Display screen also indicates recording status and battery life.
- One touch recording. Quickly activate or deactivate recording mode.
- Color can be tailored to match your business needs.
Aggregator:

Desktop Aggregator:
A desktop aggregator consists of software and a USB cable that allow a PRD to dock into a personal computer or laptop.Handset Interface Device (HID):
A HID attaches to a handset and captures inbound and outbound calls. The HID automatically uploads each call to Recordant’s server without requiring further action from the client.Microphone Interface Device (MID):
A MID allows microphone interactions to be captured and uploaded. An example of this form of capture may occur in a bank setting where tellers are using microphones to interact with their customers.USB Interface Device (UID):
A UID is a smaller version of our aggregator. It allows 1-2 PRDs to be docked, without the need for a personal computer or laptop. The UID also allows for connections with other USB compatible devices.
Software:
SoundMirror, Recordant’s web-based application, is at the heart of Recordant’s solution. SoundMirror is located on a secure, permissions based website which ensures anywhere, anytime access to your business’s recordings and data. SoundMirror is where users playback recordings, view sessions, view and perform assessments and view the user-defined KPIs and business intelligence. Through the Dashboard, an integral component of SoundMirror, key opportunities can be seen at an individual level or across an enterprise and drill down capabilities connect the intelligence with the recordings used to generate the data.
