What Really Happened?
POLICE OFFICER ACCUSED OF UNFAIR TREATMENT DURING TRAFFIC STOP
She says: She was pulled over by a Los Angeles police officer for speeding. The officer told her what she was being pulled over for, but did not tell her how he clocked her speed. As the officer writes her a ticket, the woman calls her father - a retired LA police officer. Her father offers to talk to the officer, and she gets out of the car and heads over toward the officer writing the ticket to ask him to speak to her father. However, he throws up his hand in her face and asks her to get back into the car. She feels mistreated and files a complaint with his superiors for his actions toward her.
He Says: A young woman is speeding down a Los Angeles highway. The officer pulled her over. He asked all the appropriate questions, and explains to her why he pulled her over; he clocked her on his Wilbur radar going 65 mph in a 50 mph zone. She tells him right away that her daddy is a retired police officer, and she will tell her father that he wrote her a ticket. He tells her to stay in the car and that she cannot use her father to get out of a ticket. Then he leaves to write the ticket. She is not happy and even tries to get out of the car and get him to talk to her dad, whom she called on the phone. He holds up his hand only to signal her to halt and asks her politely to get back in the car.
POLICE OFFICERS ACCUSED OF INNAPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
She Says: She is a stripper, and while she was waiting in the lobby at the police station to be picked up by a friend, she claims she was encouraged to ‘put-on-a-show’ for a number of officers, leading to inappropriate touching by some of the dispatch officers. They instigated the situation and acted inappropriately.
He Says: The desk officer claims he climbed up onto the desk, came around behind the counter and forced herself on him. She acted inappropriately and he tried to talk her into sitting back down. He did not want to use force and therefore, be accused of assaulting her. He simply did not comply with her demands.
This was all recorded on video, but there was no audio. The video was not enough to tell who really instigated the situation.

The officer told the man he would have to be handcuffed. When the man turned around to comply he says the officer knocked him to the ground, cuffed him, and dragged him off to the station without reading any of his rights.
Cop says: He stopped a man for running a red light. While he was talking to perpetrator he noticed drugs in the back seat. After asking him to step out of the vehicle, the man threatened the officer’s life and tried to flee the scene. The officer was forced to take action by telling the man he needed to lie on the ground while he was handcuffed. The officer placed the cuffs on the man and continued to read him his rights while taking him in.
