Recordant Solutions

Recordant’s system allows for a variety of capture methods to ensure that all of a business' interactions are incorporated and analyzed. Interactions can be captured from the following sources:

  • Face-to-face interactions captured with a personal recording device (PRD)
  • Incoming and outgoing phone interactions captured at the switch or handset level
  • Face-to-face interactions captured via a microphone
  • In addition, Recordant can incorporate audio files captured by the client. File types that incorporate with the Recordant system include: MP3, SpeechX and .wav.

Due to the integral role that audio interactions play in Recordant’s system, the capture feature is directly applicable to all solutions.
